BMTC Summer Meal
An early season dinner was held on Friday May 9th in the Sports Pavillion and was attended by 22 people who enjoyed a delicious three course meal and plenty of wine. Many thanks to all those who came and contributed. The event raised over £250 for club funds.
2007 Christmas Meal
More than 40 people braved the near-arctic conditions to attend this years Christmas meal which was held at the Hill Top Inn in Belper on Friday 7th December. The general consensus was that the food was delicious, and as always, BMTC members made it a really enjoyable night. It was especially great to see John Morris back on his feet (hope it won't be too long before he's back on the court!). Thanks to Eileen and the Committee for the organisation.

An Evening with Davis Perkins
The sports pavillon was full to bursting on Friday 23rd November for "An evening of Entertainment with David Perkins". It's fair to say that a great time was had by all as David sang, played and joked his way through the night, ensuring that all-important audience participation which at times was truly exhausting! Many thanks to David himself and to Eileen for a great evening which raised over £200 for tennis club funds.

Quiz night success
The recent Quiz night was not only very enjoyable but raised a whopping £205 for tennis club funds! Congratulations to Keith Tonge and his winning team. Many thanks to Martin Jackson for hosting it, the catering team for fab food, and everyone who took part to support us.
